Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid programme seats confirmed by written invoice from Datasets Processing. Browse-only use of this website does not create a charge and therefore has nothing to refund.

Timeframe

For live cohorts (Bench Desk and Archive Circle), you may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment and no later than 7 days before the cohort start date, whichever is earlier. For Field Notebook library access, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if fewer than two modules have been opened.

Full or partial refunds

If you withdraw after the windows above but before the midpoint of a live cohort, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of the seat fee at our discretion, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs. After the midpoint, seat fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• On-site clinic travel already incurred or non-refundable third-party bookings
• Custom sample-data preparation completed for Archive Circle
• Seats transferred to another named learner at your request

Refund process

Email contact@datasets-processing.digital with your invoice number, programme name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 working days of approval. Bank timelines may add a few days before funds appear.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later intake at no extra seat cost.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law remain unaffected. If a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, contact us so we can remediate or refund as appropriate.
